Common questions

How do I get started?
Some customers begin with a Proof of Concept. This gives you full platform access for 3-6 months with up to 10,000 verifications per month. Contact our team to discuss your requirements and we'll help you get set up.
What happens if I exceed my verification volume?
We include burst protection on production plans. Occasional single-month spikes are absorbed at no extra cost. If you consistently exceed your volume for two or more months, we'll work with you to move to the next tier. Enterprise customers can purchase additional volume bundles.
What credential formats are supported?
The platform supports W3C Verifiable Credentials (Data Model 1.1 & 2.0), JWT-VC, SD-JWT-VC, ISO 18013-5 mobile driving licences, and EUDI Wallet credentials via OpenID4VP. All formats are available on every plan.
What is the commitment length?
POC packages are available for 3 or 6 months. Production plans require an annual commitment with auto-renewal. Enterprise customers can negotiate multi-year agreements with volume discounts.
Do you offer professional services?
Yes. We offer technical implementation support, integration assistance, architecture advisory, verification policy design, and training programmes. Services are available on a day-rate basis with volume discounts for larger engagements. We also offer a Fully Serviced POC that bundles platform access with 15 professional services days.
How does the build-vs-buy comparison work?
With eIDAS 2.0 requiring banks and public services to accept EUDI Wallet credentials from December 2026, the verification layer you build today must keep pace with evolving standards, new wallet launches, and Member State trusted lists as they go live.
Credential verification is complex: Multiple proof suites, credential formats, DID methods, and presentation protocols. This permanently evolving product requires commitment. Vidos, via its single API connector absorbs that complexity, so your team stays focused on what actually differentiates your product.
